Early voting: more freedom to choose

During early voting, you can vote at any designated early voting site in the county where you are registered. Pick the location and time that work for you, within your county's published early voting days and hours. You are not tied to your Election Day polling place.

November 3: your assigned polling place

If you wait until Election Day, go to your assigned polling location, not just any early voting site. Polls are open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time. If you're in line by 7 p.m., stay in line, you can still vote.

Your county. Your voting plan.

Find where to vote

Enter your ZIP for official early voting sites and your county's Election Day polling-place lookup. Confirm the county where you are registered to vote.

A ZIP identifies possible counties, not your assigned precinct. Your registered address determines your Election Day polling place.

Bring your ID

Bring a current, valid photo ID with your signature, such as a Florida driver's license, Florida identification card or U.S. passport. If your accepted photo ID has no signature, bring a second ID that includes your signature.

Don't have an accepted ID? You can still request a provisional ballot. Ask an election worker for help.
